1. Return Window
We provide a 7-day hassle-free return window from the date of delivery. If the product does not meet your requirements, you can initiate a return directly from your account dashboard.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging with all documentation, tags, and accessories intact. Products showing signs of physical damage or misuse will not be eligible.
3. Defective Products
For defective products, we offer free replacement within the warranty period. Please contact our support team at support@hybrixx.com with your order details and images of the defect.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
